| Penerangan CU | Establish aircraft organisational development procedure describes the activities of establishing standards, standard processes, define responsibilities and accountability to ensure the continuing of airworthiness under International Civil Aviation Organisation Standard (ICAO). The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop aircraft organisation standard operation procedure, develop aircraft safety management system, develop aircraft organisation exposition and develop aircraft technical instruction manual. The outcome of this CU is to establish aircraft avionics organisational development procedure work standard, turnaround time, cost effective, work efficiency, sustain safety in accordance with Malaysian Civil Aviation Directives (CAD). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency to enable the trainees to establish aircraft avionics organisational development procedure work standard, turnaround time, cost effective, work efficiency, sustain safety in accordance with Malaysian Civil Aviation Directives (CAD). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Develop aircraft organisation Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). 2. Monitor aircraft safety management system implementation. 3. Develop aircraft organisation exposition. 4. Coordinate aircraft technical instruction manual application. |
