The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor organisation aviation compliance internal audit, coordinate organisation aviation compliance external audit, monitor aviation non-compliance report and participate authority audit. The outcome of this CU is to manage legislation compliance maintain organisation approval, free from suspension, avoid certification revocation in accordance with Malaysian Civil Aviation Directives (CAD). |
