| Penerangan CU | Manage aerospace composite manufacturing manpower skill development describes the activity to assess current manpower capability (knowledge, skill and ability/attitude) and availability, development and utilization of manpower in order to optimize production achievement. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse aerospace composite manufacturing manpower skill development requirement, organise aerospace composite manufacturing manpower skill development activities and report aerospace composite manufacturing manpower skill development performance. The outcome of this CU is to analyse the allocation and optimization of the right knowledge, skills and ability/attitude of manpower to the right task in the operation, competent staff will be developed and retained in the production based on company business requirements and allocated operational budget. |
