The pre-audit preparation activities include preparation of audit plan, audit team assembling and preparing audit tools according to audit scope. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare Halal audit plan, perform Halal audit document compilation, prepare Halal audit tools and perform Halal compliance gap analysis. The outcome of this CU is the audit activities requirements includes audit plan, audit documentation and audit tools prepared in accordance with Malaysia Halal Management System (MHMS) requirements. |
