Penerangan CU | The CU title is to describe outlet service operation equipment management. He or she is the person responsible for outlet equipment requirement. The person who is competent in outlet service operation equipment management shall be able to propose outlet operation service equipment requirements, recognize outlet operation equipment budget, assess outlet operation equipment value, execute outlet purchases and receiving procedure and maintain outlet equipment maintenance schedule. The outcome of this competency is to ensure guest safety and satisfactions are justified in accordance with outlet operational service requirement, company policy and procedure. |
