The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare NC control activity, carry out NC correction activity implementation, monitor corrective and preventive action activity implementation as well as maintain NC document. The outcome of this CU is improvement of product and services and prevention of customer complaints while maintaining consistent quality, preventing defects and ensuring that products or services meet customer needs. |
