Penerangan CUManage continuous quality improvement (CQI) describes competency in creating organization’s roadmap for improving its services, processes, capacity, and outcomes. It guides the organization and its key collaborators and stakeholders through the process of monitoring services and using data as part of everyday practice to improve outcomes. A CQI plan describes approach to CQI, assess capacity to carry out CQI, summarize past CQI efforts and identify lessons learned.

The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify quality problem, verify quality issue, verify situation analysis, check action plan schedule, review quality root cause, monitor counter measure action plan implementation and review improvement effectiveness.

The outcome of this CU is improved product quality, increased efficiency and productivity, decreased cost, reduced waste, employee satisfaction and teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Objektif PembelajaranThe learning objective of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage CQI for improving its services, processes, capacity, and outcomes through the process of monitoring process/services and using data as part of everyday practice to improve outcomes.

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to:

2. Verify quality issue.
3. Verify situation analysis.
4. Check action plan schedule.
