| Penerangan CU | Organise Occupational Health Assessment describes the competencies to coordinate risk assessments related to workers’ health. Health risk assessment at the workplace is a proactive and comprehensive approach to protecting employees' health and wellbeing, enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and maintaining a positive corporate image. These assessments are normally outsourced to health risks assessment agencies approved by the Ministry of Health. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate chemical health risk assessment, coordinate noise risk assessment, coordinate industrial indoor air quality assessment, coordinate ergonomic risks assessment, and coordinate urine, drug and alcohol tests. The outcome of this CU is creation of safer, healthier, and more sustainable work environments benefiting both employees and the business. |
