| Penerangan CU | Establish Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) describes the competencies in managing a structured occupational safety and health framework and set of processes that will enhance workplace safety and health and protect employees’ wellbeing. It is an ongoing process that requires dedication, leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop OSH policy, develop OSHMS, develop OSH documentation, evaluate OSHMS effectiveness, provide OSH consultation and support Management of Change (MOC) implementation. The outcome of this CU is systematic management of OSH which will bring about effective safety governance, business opportunities, increased productivity and enhancement of company reputation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage a structured occupational safety and health framework and set of processes that will enhance workplace safety and health and protect employees’ wellbeing. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Develop OSH policy. 2. Develop Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). 3. Develop OSHMS documentation. 4. Evaluate OSHMS effectiveness. 5. Provide OSH consultation. 6. Support Management of Change (MoC) implementation. |
