| Penerangan CU | Manage Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Legal and Other Compliance describes the competencies to manage an organisation's adherence to laws, regulations, industry standards and guidelines, and client requirements related to workplace safety and health. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop OSH legal and others requirements register, organise Safety and Health Committee (SHC) meeting, liaise with OSH regulatory body, evaluate OSH legal and others compliance, prepare OSH reports and assist work process Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development. The outcome of this CU is execution of responsible and ethical business practices in compliance with legal and other requirements that will bring about prevention of negative legal impact, protection of employees’ safety and well-being, reduction of workplace incidents, and a positive corporate image. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage an organisation's adherence to laws, regulations, industry standards and guidelines, and client requirements related to workplace safety and health. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Develop OSH legal and other requirements register. 2. Organise Safety and Health Committee (SHC) meeting. 3.
