The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan OSH risk assessment process, develop mitigation plan and determine OSH opportunities. The outcome of this CU is effective risk management that will create a safer and healthier workplace, protect employees’ wellbeing and enhance the organisation overall performance and reputation. |
