| Penerangan CU | Perform Incident Management describes the competencies in responding to and resolving incidents in a systematic and efficient manner to minimise disruption and restore normal operations as quickly as possible. Incident management. Incident management in the workplace involves a coordinated effort among various individuals and teams such as emergency response team, safety and health committee, management and employees to effectively respond to and resolve incidents. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop emergency response procedures (ERP), develop incident investigation procedures, coordinate incident investigation and assist crisis management. The outcomes of this CU include minimisation of the impact of incidents on organisation’s operations, creation of safe work places and establishment of good rapport with emergency response agencies (ERAs). |
