It is a critical component of responsible and sustainable business practices. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop OSH training programmes, plan OSH promotion programmes, evaluate OSH programmes. manage occupational health assessment and manage medical surveillance. The outcome of this CU is effective management of comprehensive OSH initiatives that will bring about numerous positive outcomes such as a safer workplace, improved employees wellbeing cost savings and enhanced organisational reputation. |
