The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine water infrastructure design requirements, review water infrastructure technical specifications, determine water infrastructure procurement budget value and propose water infrastructure procurement documents. The outcome of this CU is an accurate, reliable, and comprehensive procurement documents produced according to design requirement, scope of work and SOP. |
