| Penerangan CU | Perform Wet Cupping (Needle) Treatment describes a therapy performed by practitioner to client during treatment by sucking the skin and tissue under the skin through a mild vacuum using cupping cups made of glass, plastic, reed or horn at certain parts or points so that blood is collected under the skin. Then the collected blood is sucked out by the light vacuum of the cupping cup from under the surface of the skin using an incision or scarification from a needle or puncture from a lancing device. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare wet cupping (needle) requirement, carry out client preparation, carry out wet cupping (needle) pre-treatment, apply wet cupping (needle) treatment and carry out wet cupping (needle) post-treatment. The outcome of this CU is clients will feel lighter, more comfortable, less pain, more energized, more relaxed, improved sense of wellbeing, encouraged whole-body comfort and relaxation, reduce inflammation, enhance blood circulation and increase red blood cells. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to withdraw skin surface blood capillary using needle without creating skin condition complications by complying to sets of safety regulations and precaution. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Prepare wet cupping (needle) requirement. 2. Carry out client preparation. 3. Carry out wet cupping (needle) pre-treatment. 4. Apply wet cupping (needle) treatment. 5. Carry out wet cupping (needle) post-treatment. |
