| Penerangan CU | Perform under body assembly describes the process of assembling of front end, front floor and rear floor assembly. The under body assembly process is a critical stage in the production of automobiles, ensuring that the vehicle's undercarriage is correctly constructed and aligned to meet safety, performance, and quality standards. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out under body parts receiving, carry out sub assembly parts setting to assembly jig, carry out chassis number punching process, carry out sub assembly welding process, carry out under body parts setting to assembly jig, carry out under body welding process and carry out under body sealant application process. The outcome of this CU is a completed and integrated undercarriage for the vehicle, ensuring structural integrity and functionality. |
