| Penerangan CU | Perform closure parts assembly describes process of assembling of front door (R/L), rear door (R/L), trunk lid/tail gate and hood. This assembly involves ensuring proper alignment, attachment, and functionality of these closure elements to create a complete and functional vehicle. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out closure parts receiving, carry out closure parts setting to assembly jig, carry out closure parts welding process, carry out closure parts sealant process, carry out hemming operation and carry out finishing process. The outcome of this CU is the successful installation of doors, hoods, trunks, and other movable components onto the vehicle's main body structure, ensuring proper fit, function, and overall vehicle integrity. |
