| Penerangan CU | Perform closure parts fitting process describes process of fitting of front door (R/L), rear door (R/L), trunk lid/tail gate and hood, front door (R/L), rear door (R/L), trunk lid/tail gate, hood, front fender (R/L) and small part. This process involves aligning, fastening, adjusting, and quality-checking components to ensure their proper installation and functionality within the vehicle's overall structure. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out closure parts installation, carry out alignment and gap adjustment and carry out bolt tightening torque process. The outcome of this CU is the is a fully assembled and functional vehicle ready for further spray painting, trim & final line assembling and engine assembling processes. |

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Receive vehicle parts. 2. Carry out fitting parts installation. 3. Align and adjust closure parts gap. 4.
