| Penerangan CU | Perform Sand Casting Product Finishing is a process to remove excess sand and material on the product. The removal of excess sand and material can be done manually or appropriate machine to produce the finish product. This activities also enforce with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance. The product will go thru treatment and painting process as per company regulations and procedures. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out mould shakeout process, carry out fettling process, carry out shot blasting process, carry out heat treatment process, carry out sand casting surface finishing process and carry out sand casting product finishing area housekeeping. The outcomes of this CU is able to perform sand casting product finishing process in safe condition, orderly manner and complies with the required standards of the sand casting operation as per company requirement. |
