| Penerangan CU | Perform Sand Casting Supervisory Function to administer and supervise the whole work activities in a workplace. The importance of this competency unit which is the person able to coordinate and monitor shopfloor management. This activities also enforce with SHE compliance. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct sand casting daily briefing, evaluate sand casting operation performance, evaluate sand casting subordinate’s performance, coordinate sand casting subordinate’s training, coordinate machine, tools and equipment maintenance, coordinate sand casting workshop compliance requirement and implement sand casting operation improvement. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of a compliance, conducive work environment, disciplined and knowledgeable workers with regard to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
