The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse production processes, plan process improvements and coordinate continuous process optimization. The outcome of this CU is proficiency in identifying process bottlenecks, analysing process data, and implementing targeted improvements that result in heightened process efficiency, improved product quality, and optimal resource utilization. |
