| Penerangan CU | Perform Pharmaceutical Production Supervisory Function describes the ability of personnel in performing day-to-day administrative tasks of the pharmaceutical production to ensure operations are well-managed and subordinate guided and coached which lead to the higher productivity and sustainability. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct pharmaceutical production subordinate performance appraisal, conduct pharmaceutical production staff coaching and on job the training, prepare pharmaceutical production staff work schedule and conduct pharmaceutical production work briefing according to company HR policy. The outcome of this CU is create competent pharmaceutical production operation personnel through well organised training, coaching and efficient day-to-day administrative which lead to the operational efficiency, compliance, quality, cost effectiveness and contribute to the organisation’s success and sustainability in highly competitive manufacturing environment. |
