At this stage work order is assessed in term of availability of manpower, list of test method, equipment & materials sample suitability to determine further action of the work order according to organisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review customer request, review available resources, and design experimental method. The outcome of this CU is decision on the work order provided based on assessment findings as per laboratory operation capacity. |
