A Laboratory QMS encompasses all aspects of laboratory activities, from sample collection and handling to testing, analysis, and reporting according to organization SOP and regulatory body requirement. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review quality management system requirement, implement laboratory best practices, organise laboratory quality audit, and manage quality improvement. The outcome of this CU is consistency, traceability, and reliability of results maintained, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction addressed in accordance with organization SOP and regulatory body requirement. |
