This encompasses the effective utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the accurate and timely execution of tests and analyses according to organisation SOP and regulatory body requirements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review testing result quality control, analyse testing result data, and prepare laboratory testing report. The outcome of this CU is testing process optimised, quality maintained, and needs of clients addressed, while also ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering continuous improvement in laboratory operations in accordance with organisation SOP and regulatory body requirements. |
