| Penerangan CU | Perform Controller Parameter Adjustment describes the competency in carrying out machine control parameter adjustment and doing part inspection to ensure parts specifications are met as customer requirement. Control parameter adjustment is occasionally required due to several reasons, such as machine component and tool wear and tear which commonly happen in the production process. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out process test runs, collect product sample data, carry out controller parameter adjustments and confirm product quality. The outcome of this CU is correct controller parameter adjustment carried out without jeopardizing the controller program and the machine ability to produce good parts. Subsequently, production can run smoothly and meet product specifications and customer requirements. |
