| Penerangan CU | Perform Production Equipment Preventive Maintenance describes competency in creating a plan for maintaining production equipment, including coordinating tasks with the maintenance department to carry out production equipment inspection and repair as per the equipment manufacture manual. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify production equipment maintenance plans, prepare production equipment preventive maintenance tools, carry out production equipment inspection and verify production equipment maintenance activities. The outcome of this CU is the production equipment able to be maintained as per the manufacturer manual so that equipment can be used at all times as per production plan. Subsequently, production interruption can be minimized and able to produce and deliver products as customer requirement. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to carry out production equipment inspection and perform test runs to ensure production equipment is in good condition and subsequently can produce products as customer orders. Carry out production equipment inspection. 4. Verify production equipment maintenance activities. |
