The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out production activity briefing, perform internal communication activities, conduct job training/ coaching, conduct subordinate performance appraisal, handle subordinate discipline issues and implement quality system requirements. The outcome of this CU is production operations can be carried out efficiently, and human resources are utilised at the optimum level according to the company's planning and quality management system. |
