Penerangan CU | Produce Chocolate Centre Filling describes the process of creating a creamy or flavoured interior filling for various chocolate confections according to work instruction. A chocolate centre filling is a creamy or flavoured interior mixture used to fill chocolate confections, adding a complementary taste and texture to the outer chocolate shell. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify chocolate centre filling production requirements, prepare tools, equipment and materials, carry out chocolate melting process, prepare chocolate centre filling, carry out chocolate centre filling product packaging and carry out chocolate centre filling product storage. The outcome of this CU is chocolate centre filling with smooth & creamy texture, consistency & variety of flavour, uniform size & shape, stability of filling and its structure, and appropriate thickness crafted and packaged as per work instruction and standard recipe. |
