Penerangan CU | Perform Handmade Chocolate Product Making Supervisory Functions describes the competency in overseeing the entire process of crafting handmade chocolates to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency according to organisation SOP. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct chocolate products quality control, conduct customer service, inspect chocolate making Health Safety & Environment (HSE) compliances, check chocolate product making raw materials receiving, prepare job schedules, perform internal communication activities, coordinate tools and equipment maintenance, conduct subordinates’ performance appraisal, and conduct on job training/ coaching. The outcome of this CU is handmade chocolate production supervised to maintain the quality and reputation of handmade chocolate products while meeting production targets and customer demand in accordance with organisation SOP. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees in handmade chocolate production supervised to maintain the quality and reputation of handmade chocolate products while meeting production targets and customer demand in accordance with organisation SOP.
