| Penerangan CU | Sewage Treatment Plant Safety, Health, and Security Monitoring describes the competency required to work systematically with the required attention to details related to the administration of the safety, health and security of assets and facilities. He/She has to interpret instructions, procedures, information and signs relevant to the administration of the safety, health and security of assets and facilities. This involves disseminating information, ensuring adequate provisions and condition of the facility, working collaboratively with others, promptly report and/or rectify any identified problems that may arise, implementing contingency plans for unanticipated situations that may occur, monitoring work activities and handling documentation related to the administration of safety, health and security. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out health and safety briefing (tool box talk), implement emergency response plan and organise sewage treatment plant (STP) security requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the precautions and required actions to minimise, control or eliminate health, safety and security hazards that may exist during work activities and operations of the sewage treatment plant (STP) are performed in accordance with the safety and health guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP). |
