Penerangan CU | Sewage treatment plant (STP) complaints handling describes the competency required to coordinate unscheduled or on-call tasks to address various unexpected issues pertaining to outcomes from treatment operations namely public complaints. He/She has to apply efficient coordination of response team, appropriate customer service skills and utilise reporting formats. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to acknowledge sewage treatment plant (STP) complaint, verify source of complaint and coordinate corrective action. The outcome of this competency is solving issues arising from public complaints in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and the Department of Environment’s (DOE) regulations. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate unscheduled or on-call tasks to address various unexpected issues pertaining to outcomes from sewage treatment plant (STP) operations namely public complaints. The outcome of this competency is to solve issues arising involving public complaints in accordance with SOP and DOE regulations.
