Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in office inventory management. He or She is responsible to coordinate stock take, analyse inventory handling & usage, and prepare inventory management recommendations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure that items are available when they are needed and keeping track of existing inventory and its use. The outcome of this competency is to maintain optimum inventory to be able to meet its requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the financial figures in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:-

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to maintain optimum inventory to meet its requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the financial figures in accordance with company’s SOP and company’s policy. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-
• Identify office inventory management requirements
• Plan office inventory management activities
• Perform inventory management
• Report office inventory management activities.
