Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in office policies administration. He or She is responsible to ensure daily work activities and decisions are made in compliance with office policies. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure smooth running of an office and adhere to relevant policies requirements. The outcome of this competency is to manage and administer sets of policies in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company’s vision and mission, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Point (HACCP) and International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) requirements. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Not applicable

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage and administer sets of policies in accordance with company’s SOP, company’s vision and mission, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-

• Plan office policies administration
• Perform office policies administration
• Report office policies administration.
