Penerangan CUThis CU is an elective which gives the trainee an option & opportunity to add value to this training of administrative management. The CU title describes the competency in Human Resource (HR) general administration. He or She is responsible to plan, conduct and review HR general administration. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify HR general administration requirement, perform HR general administration, Evaluate HR general administration and report HR general administration. The outcome of this competency is to perform HR general administration in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company’s policy and Labour Law. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Not applicable

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform HR general administration in accordance with company’s policy and Labour Law . Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-
• Identify Human Resource (HR) general administration requirements
• Perform Human Resource (HR) general administration
• Evaluate Human Resource (HR) general administration
• Report Human Resource (HR) general administration.
