Penerangan CU | Water Distribution Customer Services Management is required to plan delivery of customer service in the workplace. It involves identifying customer requirements, ensuring products meet customer requirements, dealing with customer requests and identifying areas for improvement The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review customer services work activities, validate revised SOP, obtain management approval and ensure implementation of customer services new works activities The outcome of this CU is to ensure level of service meet and achieved customer requirement and satisfaction |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan delivery of customer service in the workplace.
