| Penerangan CU | Water Supply Risk and Crisis Management is required to plan, analyse and manage the risk management system, including developing, monitoring, reviewing and continuously improving the system and reporting the benefits of the risk management system to stakeholders. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review risk management scorecard, analyse water distribution potential risk and crisis, manage water distribution operation risk and crisis, evaluate ERP effectiveness on risk and crisis, present risk and crisis management report The outcome of this competency is to ensure risk control strategies are implemented to minimize and mitigate risk in accordance with relevant legislative requirement and SOP. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan, analyse and manage the risk management system, including developing, monitoring, reviewing and continuously improving the system and reporting the benefits of the risk management system to stakeholder.
