| Penerangan CU | The Information system preventive maintenance competency unit describes the competency required in coordinating maintenance activities either via preventive or corrective maintenance activities He or She is responsible to coordinate information system maintenance activities to ensure the information system is in serviceable condition The person who is competent shall be able to identify information system maintenance requirement, prepare information system maintenance activities requirement, coordinate information system preventive and corrective maintenance activities, evaluate information system condition and performance and produce information system maintenance report The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the information system is maintained according to schedule, rectified according to type of defect/default whereby the information system performance is assessed according to organisation requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure that the information system is maintained according to schedule, rectified according to type of defect/default whereby the information system performance is assessed according to organisation requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Identify information system maintenance requirement; 2. Prepare information system maintenance requirement; 3. Coordinate information system preventive maintenance activities; 4. Coordinate information system corrective maintenance activities; 5. Evaluate information system preventive maintenance ; and 6. Produce information system maintenance report. |
