| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Women’s Self Defense. He or she will be responsible in the preparation of physical and mental aspect, develop sensitivity and awareness, assess self-abilities’ skill, identifying opponent’s weakness, visualise training, introducing injuries prevention and apply the application of 5Ds (Distract, Dodge, Deceive, Disengaged, Depart) The personnel who are competent in this CU will be able to perform physical protection presentation, ppply martial arts technique for women & identifying aggressor’s weak points. The outcome of this competency is to manage and develop skills for women’s self-defense according to Standard Requirements |
