| Penerangan CU | Sports event operation supervision is a set of activities of controlling daily sports event company/agency operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to comprehend the company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Trainee should be able to ensure work place safety, ensure facilities and equipment functionality, prepare job schedule, provide support services, maintain stock inventory, coordinate manpower & resources distribution, cordinate payment collection & disbursement, carry out subordinate appraisal and conduct in house training. The outcome of this competency is to ensure efficient sports event company/agency operation and maximise company performance in accordance with regulatory/statutory body’s requirements and Standard Operation Procedure. |
