| Penerangan CU | Case hardening operation is a process to increase surface material strength and hardness which required a wear-resistant surface and a tough core. This process consists of heating to certain temperature by adding certain elements and cooling process of the material. The person who is competent in this case hardening operation shall be able to carry out Carburizing process, carry out Nitriding process, carry out Induction process and verify case hardening operation. The outcome of the case hardening operation is to provide an adequate know-how and competent person in performing case hardening process. The competent person should be able to deliver hardened product that meets the customer needs. |
