| Penerangan CU | Logistics staff supervision describes the competencies required to supervise subordinates working in the same section/unit as the supervisor. Staff supervision offers support, develop competencies and helps subordinates to improve their work quality to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify subordinates scope of work, prepare subordinates work schedule, perform subordinates coaching, monitor and appraise subordinates work performance, coordinate subordinates training and prepare subordinates supervision report. The outcome of this competency is the provision of sufficient support and opportunities for subordinates to execute high quality work so that business target and objectives are achieved. |
