| Penerangan CU | Logistics Business Development describes the competencies required to develop and implement growth opportunities and sustainability within an organization. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to interpret company management plan, determine business target, perform customer profiling, develop business development plan, review operational and financial performance and establish business sustainability. The outcome of this competency is to create opportunities for business growth and ensure business sustainability by optimising resources, maintaining customer retention and penetrating new business opportunities in accordance with company’s business target. |
