| Penerangan CU | Logistics Project Management describes the competencies required to analyse, plan and implement various phases of a logistics project. A project is a temporary endeavour with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained and often constrained by funding or deliverables), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives. A logistics project may specify requirements that require special arrangements to be coordinated (such as specific storage temperature and packing or security measures) The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ascertain project requirements, organise project cargo management and prepare profit & loss (P & L) report The outcome of this competency is to ensure customers’ project requirements are met in a professional, reliable, economical and timely manner. |
