| Penerangan CU | Port Equipment Maintenance Coordination is a work process of coordinating and ensuring equipment availability and serviceability for operational needs. Port Equipment requires constant maintenance or servicing in order to perform as expected during operations. Port Equipment must also comply with regulatory requirements. . The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess port equipment maintenance requirements, organise maintenance work activities, coordinate equipment functional / performance test, evaluate maintenance work performance, produce maintenance master record, analyse equipment breakdown and propose recommendation for maintenance work enhancement. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to coordinate port equipment maintenance requirements according to maintenance schedule in consultation with operational needs and complying with regulatory requirements. It is also extremely crucial to maintain a secured and safe working condition without any lost time injury. |
