It is also to ensure work efficiency, safe working procedures/practices and port area security measures complied in accordance with company management system policy and regulation. The person who is competent in cargo operational health safety & security implementation shall be able to confirm safe working procedure and security in workplace, organise safety awareness and audit safety/security compliance and produce report The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful port safety and security processes in the operation area as per requirements for the port organisation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in cargo operational health safety & security implementation shall be able to organise health, safety and environment work activity, workplace & port side audit compliance and respond to ERP program and drill as per HSE and security regulation . Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- · Assess operational health, safety and environment requirement · Execute health, safety and security awareness · Implement safety and security compliance audit · Respond to Emergency Response Plan (ERP) drill |
