| Penerangan CU | Cargo Operation Flow Control is the competency required in the port organisation system to maintain efficiency of cargo movement for operation services. It is also to ensure work efficiency and safe working area practices complied in accordance with company management system policy and regulation. Those personnel who is competent in cargo flow coordination shall be able to develop cargo flow management plan, organise / handle operation and produce standard operation report as the cargo operation master plan The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful cargo flow process in the operation for port organisation based on master plan as scheduled. |
