| Penerangan CU | Land Transportation Divisional Budget Planning is the process in planning budget and managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of business operation, and the distribution of allocations is done in the most cost-efficient manner. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess divisional budget requirements, plan forecast divisional budget planning, perform divisional budget plan, utilize approved budget and record divisional budget planning activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy. |
