| Penerangan CU | Fleet Management Planning is a work process in managing vehicle movement & deployment. This competency unit requires strong analytical & critical thinking as to analyse fleet operations performance and to produce improvement plan in accordance with company’s operation plan. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify operation requirements, design divisional operational planning activities, perform terminal operation monitoring activities and prepare fleet operations performance report. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee to plan & manage fleet operations according to company’s SOP. |
