| Penerangan CU | Dry APCS System Problem Solving describes the competencies required to diagnose system abnormalities and troubleshoot various types of dry APCS according to manufacturer requirements. Examples of dry APCS include dry scrubber, thermal oxidiser, selective catalytic reduction (SCR), activated carbon, bag filter, cyclone and dry electrostatic precipitator. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify dry APCS problem and its root cause, propose solution, coordinate rectification activities and prepare dry APCS problem solving report. The outcome of this competency is efficient restoration of the dry APCS to normal running condition in compliance with environmental regulations so as to minimise prolonged interruption. |
